The arkpublications.com web site (the "Site") is a service of Ark Publications, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Ark," "us" or "we"). This arkpublications.com Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") applies only to information that we collect from users of the Site.

We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will also revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we become aware that a user of our Site is under the age of 13 and has provided an online registration, we will remove that child's personal information from our files.
